Viridien announces the resignation of Helen Lee Bouygues and the appointment of Amélie Oyarzabal as a new independent director.
Viridien has announced that Helen Lee Bouygues has resigned as a director of the company, effective from 11 September. The board has also co-opted Amélie Oyarzabal as a new independent director until the end of 2027, subject to ratification at the 2025 general meeting. Oyarzabal has also been appointed to the Audit & Risk Management Committee and the New Businesses and M&A Committee. Philippe Salle, chairman of Viridien's board, said the company was "delighted" to welcome Oyarzabal, hailing her experience and expertise in finance.
